Quality control methods: Our manufacturing facilities operate under an ISO 9001 approved quality standard. The integrity of the wall thickness is maintained by the use of minimum fabrication wall piping for all cold-formed tubular products. Our BPE accessories are designed for use with all current orbital welding equipment. After cold forming, our tube product is resized to ensure that the ovality is within the prescribed BPE tolerances. The front face is provided with a square-cut mechanized method. This allows the most accurate and consistent orbital welding result. All accessories undergo a 100% visual inspection and ovality and quadrature tolerances are inspected with calibrated equipment. The surface finish is inspected with a calibrated profilometer to ensure that the maximum Roughness (Ra) average is not exceeded.
